The challenge was to create a funneled deletion which the users know exactly from which they are about to delete and how many. This is super important, because as I mentioned each media is potential evidence.

The reason we've approched this project was because some users have complained about loosing intelligence as the usage growing. The impact was insane as users didn't afraid of deleting intelligence from the system as they are knowing exactly from whom and since when they deleting it. After 2 months of use, it was adopted by 67% of our end-users worldwide while our goal was 50% after this period of time.
