Privacy
This is my personal portfolio. I want to know what visitors ask and which work they read, so I can make it better. I don't sell anything, I don't run ads, and I never sell or share your data for marketing.
Who's responsible
Nadav Koren, Tel Aviv, Israel. For anything about your data, message me on LinkedIn.
What happens when you use the chat
- Your questions go to an AI to answer them. What you type in the chat or in the Brain (up to the last 12 messages of the conversation) is sent through this site's server to Anthropic, the company behind Claude, which writes the answer. This site's server doesn't save the conversation. Under its commercial terms, Anthropic doesn't use it to train its models; it may keep it for a short period for safety monitoring.
- Your IP address is used briefly to prevent abuse. The server counts how many questions come from one address (up to 15 every 10 minutes). The count lives in memory and isn't saved.
- Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat. It's built to answer questions about my work.
Analytics
I use PostHog (servers in the United States) to understand how the site is used:
- Usage events: pages viewed, which questions are asked (the text, cut to 200 characters), which case studies are opened and how far they're read, and clicks on links like LinkedIn or the CV.
- Session replays: a recording of clicks, scrolling and what's on screen, so I can see where the experience works and where it doesn't. Everything you type into a text field is masked in the recording.
- No cookies and no tracking across sites. Each visit gets a random ID that only lives while the page is open; it isn't linked to your name, and a return visit looks like a new one.
- Do Not Track is respected: if your browser sends it, no analytics are collected.
- PostHog keeps usage events for up to a year and replays for about a month.
Hosting
The site runs on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser and time of request) for security and to keep the site running.
Stored on your device
The site remembers your display choices in your browser's local storage: theme, color, text size, chat width and the width of the case study panel. They stay on your device and are never sent anywhere. Fonts are served from this site, so your browser doesn't contact Google or any other font service.
Links to other sites
Links to LinkedIn, ADPList and others take you to sites with their own privacy policies.
Why, and your rights
I process this data because I have a legitimate interest in running the site, protecting it from abuse and improving it. Depending on where you live (for example under Israel's Privacy Protection Law or the EU's GDPR), you can ask to see, correct or delete data about you, or object to its use. Message me on LinkedIn. Because visits aren't tied to your identity, telling me roughly when you visited and what you asked helps me find it. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
